SOLVED BY DESIGN
Problem:
The homeowners wanted the convenience of motorized shades in their newly built three-bedroom Midtown apartment, and wanted a cost-effective way to ensure the shade mechanisms were hidden from view.
Solution:
As an alternative to a more costly soffit, THIS designed and installed simple painted fascia boards that gave the clients the beautiful, integrated look they wanted at an affordable price.
Problem:
Every room of this Manhattan residence was surrounded by the stunning cityscape, but afforded the homeowners little privacy.
Solution:
Our fascia-board solution gave us the flexibility to install both light-filtering and blackout roller shades to provide the level of privacy needed at any time of day or night.
